A Simple, Minimally Invasive Procedure

Patients receiving Silhouette InstaLift® can expect a procedure that only takes as little as 45 minutes to complete. Before receiving the treatment, you will speak with your nurse during the consultation, at which time your concerns and options are discussed.

The actual appointment for your Silhouette InstaLift® procedure begins with our nurse practitioner explaining the locations for your sutures and marking them on your face. A local anesthetic is used before the sutures are inserted into the areas.

After insertion of the sutures, they are positioned to obtain the lifting effect the patient desires. Depending on the skin elasticity, condition of the skin, and your cosmetic needs, the number of sutures needed varies.

Quick Recovery and Immediate Results

Following the procedure, there is minimal downtime. However, there will be the need to minimize facial movements in the areas where the sutures are inserted; this allows the sutures to become set in place. Vigorous activities could disengage the sutures and alter the outcome of the procedure.
